The Solution: Dedicated Freight

We run a dedicated lane for a major customer. They have a lot of product to move.

  • High Miles: You will average 2,300 to 2,500 miles a week.

  • Easy Runs: Drive East of I-35. No NYC driving.

  • Drop & Hook: 40% of the loads are just Drop & Hook.

Option 1: Company Driver

  • Start at $0.60 per mile.

  • We pay for the fuel and the truck.

  • You get full benefits.

  • Home Time: Work 5½ days. Home for a 34-hour reset. (Note: You might work some Sundays).

Option 2: Lease Purchase (Be Your Own Boss)

  • Earn $1.45 per mile + Fuel Pay.

  • Payment: $649 to $749 a week.

  • Lease Terms are 1 to 3 years

Your New Truck

We give you a great or lease you a great truck

  • New Models: Drive a 2023, 2024, or 2025 International.

  • Comfort: You get an APU and an Inverter.

Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL.

  • Age: At least 23 years old.

  • Experience: 1 year driving in the last 2 years OR 6 months in the last year.

  • Safety: Good driving record.

Orientation

Paid Orientation: Little Rock, AR

  • Private Room & Travel: We cover your flight or rental car. You get a single hotel room (no double bunking) and free breakfast/lunch.

  • Get Paid: Orientation starts Tuesday and ends Thursday morning. You earn $100 per day for the first two days.

  • Medical Card: Bring your current card (Must have 6+ months left, 5 pages, no chiropractor). If you don't have one, you can take a physical here.

  • The First Week: Drug screen is Day 1 (Urinalysis). You will be dispatched Thursday and must run your first weekend to get your miles up
